How we manage conflicts of interest
Because we support both government programs and the businesses that serve them, we screen every engagement for potential organizational conflicts of interest under FAR Subpart 9.5. We keep government advisory and SETA work separate from industry support on related efforts, and we put mitigation in place or decline work where a conflict can't be resolved.
